PIEDRACTIVA is the data controller and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and the Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data provided by its customers.          

PIEDRACTIVA informs that the personal data provided through the forms of this Web or by means of e-mail messages, will be incorporated in some PIEDRACTIVA’s treatments and will be treated in a computerized and paper form.

By sending the existing forms on this website as well as through the communications that you can send us by other means of contact, the sender provides us with their personal data freely and voluntarily to be included in a treatment in order to provide the information requested in the forms or subscriptions.

In case the user decides to fill in any form of this Web site where personal data are collected, he/she is informed that PIEDRACTIVA will adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the data provided in order to avoid alterations, losses, treatments or unauthorized accesses, according to the current state of the technology and in accordance with the established by the current regulations.

PIEDRACTIVA however cannot guarantee the absolute impregnability of the system, the access network, Internet and therefore the violation of the data by means of fraudulent accesses to them by third parties.

The user will respond in any case of the veracity of the information provided and will be responsible for communicating to PIEDRACTIVA any modification on it, being PIEDRACTIVA exempt of any responsibility in this sense.

As for the legitimacy of the processing, it will be regulated by the consent of the data subject and by the legitimate interest of the data controller. PIEDRACTIVA will not transfer data except for legal obligation.

Customers: toprovide the requested service and the administrative and billing management of customers. As for the legitimacy of the treatment will be regulated by the Royal Decree of August 22, 1885 by which the Commercial Code is published. The data provided will be retained for as long as the business relationship is maintained or for a period of 6 years from the last confirmation of interest. PIEDRACTIVA  will be able to transfer the data to third parties such as tax authorities, banks, savings banks and rural banks and organizations or persons directly related to the responsible. Failure to provide this personal data would imply that we would not be able to fulfill the described and informed purpose.
